FAST SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package via our Tracking Portal or directly on the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

HASSLE-FREE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" (such as undergarments or personalized items) cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Return Center: Enter your order number and zip code at returns.ourstore.com.

  2. Print your Label: Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack your items and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Exchanges: We provide free return shipping for all size or color exchanges.

  • Refunds: A flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping and restocking costs.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Experience team immediately at support@ourstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
